There are no bugs in getting your security up, it's just a pain and takes a long time if you don't know the tricks. I know one for same system gaining but I aint spilling. But yes, you do only get one security gain every 10 minutes, the secuirt...

It isn't hard, you just gotta know how to do it The quickest I've got my security status up before from -10 to -1.9 was 3 days. :) And no... I don't mean 3 x 24 hours.
